Who am I?

Hi, ich bin Tom.
Begeisterter Fotograf und Filmemacher.

Ich besuche aktuell die HTBLuVA Salzburg in der Abteilung Grafik & Medien im 5. und somit letzten Schuljahr. Viele meiner Schulprojekte und meiner eigenen Projekte habe ich hier zusammengetragen und stelle ich hier vor.

Why I do it.

Meine Motivation ist, dass jedes neue Projekt eine neue Herausforderung ist. Hans Zimmer (bekannter Filmmusikkomponist) hat es einmal gut zusammengefasst: „Bei jedem neuen Film gehe ich nach Hause und hab keinen blassen Schimmer wie ich das meistern werde“ (sinngemäß).

Bei jedem Projekt ist die Kreativität und das Experimentieren mithilfe bereits gesammelter Erfahrung gefragt und genau das ist das, was mich daran reizt.

What motivates me is that every new project presents a new challenge. Hans Zimmer (the renowned film composer) once summed it up well: „With every new film, I go home having not the faintest idea how I’m going to pull it off.“

Each project calls for creativity and experimentation—drawing on the experience I’ve already gained—and that is precisely what appeals to me.
